Delivery Address & PO Boxes.
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry, but we do not ship to PO boxes.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the courier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Items

In the event that your order arrived damaged in any way, please email us within 10 workingdays from the date of dispatch at cs.opalradiance@gmail.com with your order numberand a photo of your item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
